Advocacy

The FBA has the following as primary legislative goals:

• Increase the VCTC amount (either permanently or removing the backlog);
• Clarify eligibility for certain incentives (e.g., solid waste, affordable housing);
• Update the liability protection; and
• Complete some basic housekeeping changes.
