Q: If my organization registers as a sponsor, how do I register additional attendees at the discounted rate?

A: Go to the Sponsorship Registration Form and select how many additional registrations you would like to purchase at the discounted rate. NOTE: Your organization must register an Exclusive Sponsorship or a Partner Sponsorship to receive the discount. FBA reserves the right to cancel any discounted registration registration that does not meet the requirement. 

Q: Do I have to register all additional attendees for the discounted rate at the same time as registering my organization as a sponsor?

A: No. Your employees may register anytime AFTER you register as a sponsor. Go to the Sponsorship Registration Form and select how many additional registrations you would like to purchase at the discounted rate. Please ensure the organization names match in all online registration forms. This option allows you to split invoices for attendees between different offices or cost centers. NOTE: Your organization must register an Exclusive Sponsorship or a Partner Sponsorship to receive the discount. FBA reserves the right to cancel any discounted registration registration that does not meet the requirement. 

Q: Do I have to stay at the DoubleTree to attend the conference?

A: No. You can use any accommodations and still attend the conference.
